17(b) Motion + Expungement – Auto Theft

Client had a felony auto theft conviction reduced to a misdemeanor pursuant to Penal Code § 17(b). The court then granted expungement under Penal Code § 1203.4, allowing the client to withdraw the guilty plea and have the case dismissed.
